Karan Hanskar is a director and director of photography working across music videos, television, ad films, fashion and commercial photography.
He directed the music video for Taambdi Chaamdi by Kratex and Shreyas, the first Marathi-language release on Spinnin' Records. Shot on location on the streets, the video has passed 100 million views, was covered by Vogue India, and the track was later remixed by KSHMR.
He has shot more than 100 music videos for independent artists and record labels in Hindi, Marathi, Punjabi and devotional music, and directed the reality series Kaun Banega Gyan Ratna and Naachega India. In 2026 he worked with photographers Amit Khanna, Pankaj Kharbanda and Haroon Ali on RUBARU 2026, a calendar celebrating Indian women.
